Superboyta julkaistiin kaikkiaan 230 numeroa. Numeroiden 1-35 ja 163-230 tarinoista ei liene yhtään julkaistu Suomessa.
Tällä sivulla listatuissa Superboyssa julkaistiin Teräspojan seikkailujen lisäksi yhden sivun vitsisarjoja yms. täytejuttuja, joita ei ole listassa huomioitu. Myöskään uusintoja ei ole lueteltu. Superboyssa (niinkuin muissakin jenkkilehdissä) uusittiin vanhoja tarinoita jonkin verran, ja samassa yhteydessä uusinnat yleensä julkaistiin suomeksikin. Tämän takia jotkut jutut tulivat suomennettua kahdesti.

Muutama ei-julkaistuksi merkityistä jutuista lienee ilmestynyt Teräspojassa 1969-70, joten niiltä osin listassa on vielä pieniä puutteita.
