That error normally means something blocks the access. So the site might be
running fine on the server, but it might have a blocked port or firewall
interfering with any outsiders getting to it.

We do indeed experience some technical difficulties, caused by an unexpected failure of our server. We are fully aware of this, and are working to fix this. As for now, the website is in limited way accessible.
