I just browsed my comic collection and remembered my first own comic book:

I got it 1984 form my parents. Reading its stories warms my heart every time again. Perhaps that's also the reason why I like Vicar's and Daniel Branca's art so much. My first Barks was probably months later this one: http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=W+WDC++63-02

My first comic out of the Disney ones is Uncle Scrooge Adventures #2. I bought it because it was so similar to Duck Tales. If It wasn't for that show I would not have been interested in Disney Comics.

My parents subscribed me to Dutch Donald Duck weekly in 1984. My first Disney comic was this issue 9 from that year:

I can't remember THE first issue, but my mother had a box of German Micky Maus titles from the early sixties which featured a lot of Barks. Most of those issues were torn and had pages missing, so I always wondered how the stories might end. Maybe, that's why I'm doing my own stories nowadays. ;)
The first comic book that my father bought for me was this one:

It featured a Vicar and the beginning of a Rosa story. Those two artist continued to be my favourites till now.

I am impressed that you are linking to comic book covers, which are already on the net with inducks, I guess? I see a link to show me how to include pictures here. I will practice that later.
As for my first comic book, it's way too late for me to know that now. I had some early Marvel comic books in the early 1960s... I was 7 to 10 years old, so that was about 1959 to 1962? We sure bought some then.
When I was in my 20s, an older brother showed me the Carl Barks comic books he liked so much, and he and I have always liked them since then. He later bought a collection of such comics (used) from someone who had placed an advertisement in a stamp magazine. That included a nearly perfect copy of Volcano Valley, as I recall.

I grew up in an extended family complex (four houses on one street block), including my father's parents, and their 3 daughters' families and my immediate family. I grew up with 14 grandchildren (including myself), living together like sisters and brothers. I had four older cousins who bought a lot of comic books in the 1940s and early 1950s. I "inherited" them all, as I cared about "collecting" them, when they just wanted to read them a few times (and then the novelty wore off). They had all kinds of comic books. But I only liked the "funny animal" comics. I inherited all their Disney, WB, MGM and Lantz comics, as well as a few Animal Comics, Walt Scott and others. Unfortunately, later, I had a storage problem. So, I ended up keeping only the Disney comics.

My first "comic" (American) was ALL the Disney comics from 1940-1951(except WDC &S #1-4 and 1947 March of Comics, and the Cheerios and Wheaties Giveaways). The first comic book my parents bought specifically for me was Donald Duck "A Christmas for Shacktown" Dec. 1951.

The first comic book I bought for myself was Uncle Scrooge (untitled) story about "Atlantis" "The Land Beneath The Sea"?

My first Dutch comic was Donald Duck Weekly Nr. 8 from 1952 (which I shared with Dutch cousins, and kept in The Netherlands with most of my Dutch comics).

My first recollection of sitting and reading a comicbook by myself (thinking:"This is good!") was in 1961, when "Days at the Lazy K" (W WDC 59-01) premiered in the Danish Anders And & Co...
Next one is the one with the inflatable lifeboat in the canyon...
Guess I must admit I'm a great fan of this artist, who sent me of to all these odd places!!

My first comic was probably 4-2002 from the Dutch Donald Duck. I liked it back then. In the mean time, I've found better stuff. My first American comic was The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck, next was the Companion volume, and later on Walt Disney Treasures 1.

Can't say which particular (Disney) comic book was my very first. Certainly some mid-eighty Micky Maus issue. Apart from the stories of Barks, whom I soon realised as the unreachable master of all classes when I came across his works (I don't want to swear by it, but it could be that "Letter to Santa" was my first Barks; I remember at least that it's one of the first I read and absorbed really properly, in two MM issues in 1985), it was notably Vicar who became a good friend of mine from the beginning. Beyond the poultry section, I kept from that era also a certain affection for the Mouse "classics" of Tello and Bancells. Bizarre fetish, I know ...
