Boom seems to have skipped the 2-page prologue to chapter 4.

Now I see that it's Mickey Mouse 299, and that we're close to 300, I think that Boom has been lucky with anniversarys, WDC 700, MM 300, DD 350, US 386, and in 2011, US 400. They only don't do a thing about it. Gemstone and Gladstone would have don it differently, I think.

What's extra annoying is that MM 300 isn't even on their schedule yet. The "Wizards of Mickey" storyline is moving over to it's own title, and Boom has yet to solicit MM 300, and the solicitations currently run through March. At this moment, MM 299 is the last issue of the series. >:(

I don't think they're canceling Mickey Mouse and Friends! The series is just taking a break while Boom prepares the next stories for that title.

I hope so. I remember being disappointed when Gemstone cancelled it so close to 300, happy when Boom revived it so close to 300, then disappointed and confused when it first became clear they were stopping at 299.
