I'm curious who's alter ego he is, I thought he might've been Rocker Duck's one, but there doesn't seem to be anything in the COA index or is he someone else's alter ego altogether?

As you already figured out, he's John D. Rockerduck's alter ego.

I still can't believe John D. Rockerduck would join Emil Eagle and his henchmen. He is probably the only one of the sinister seven to originate from The Donald Duck Universe if you don't count Emil Eagle himself.

Why wouldn't you count Emil Eagle?! He first appeared in a Gyro Gearloose story. And Gyro is part of the Donald Duck universe, as you know.

Inquinator and Zafire first appeared in Duck Avenger stories, so they definitely originated in the Donald Duck universe. Spectrus debuted in a Duck/Mouse team-up, so it's a little harder to determine which universe he first appeared in. After that debut story and until Ultraheroes he has exclusively been used as a Duck Avenger foe, though.

Thanks a lot. I don't know. I forgot about Emil Eagle first appearing in a Gyro Gearloose story. Thanks for the info about the first appearances of Inquinator, Zafire, and Spectrus. I never heard of those characters until I saw the sneak previews of that story.
Nefarious
Yeah me neither, about Inquinator or Spectrus but they're growing on me

ANd for the good guy side the one I can't understand at all is Gus Goose, I mean I can't understand for him being there.

If this series continues awhile it'd be neat to see 'cameos' whether temporary or permanent,
IE: MegaVolt from Darkwing, or Don Karnage from Tale Spin, etc..

I hope that Boom! starts reprinting Duck Avenger stories.
Nefarious
that owuld be awesome, especially since there is a PS2 game with Donlad as that....

Boom is reprinting "The Theif of Zanzipar" (W SG 1-02), the first appearance of Super Goof, and the blurb at the beginning at least hints that it could be followed up with the origin of Duck Avenger. Granted, that one's a lot longer than "Theif of Zanzipar"; I TL 706-AP clocks in at sixty pages, which if reprinted at the same pace, ten pages an issue, would take about six months.
We'll see, I guess.
Roger North
The Thief of Zanzipar was last printed in Goofy Adventures #6 from what I heard and it's original printing was in Super Goof #1 It would be cool to see The Duck Avenger's Origin. I read it online once but I don't remember where.

I know! Donald inherited a villa (Villa Rosa), but the mailman had it delivered at the wrong address, as it actually had to be for Gladstone. Donald goes to the villa along with his nephews, and underneath it he discovers Fantomerik's lair.
Roger North
That's the original version.

Oh man, I gotta read this stuff. Sounds awesome!

It's http://coa.inducks.org/s.php?c=I+TL++706-AP (I TL 706-AP), which Inducks says only has been published in the US in a San Diego Comic Con 2005 book. It also has been published in Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Norway, Spain and in Sweden.

Note that Inducks list it as being less than one page, though. It also says that the US print is changed: "only a few panels".
