Hi everyone.
As a long time Donald and Scrooge lover I would really like to read some new Rosa stories. Actually, when I say new I kind of mean anything after about 1995! I have been living abroad for the last 15years and haven't really had the time or chance to keep up. I do have the life and times of scrooge muduck. That was about the last thing of Rosa's I bought.
IF anybody can point me towards Rosa collected editions that would be great.
Thanks.

You may find this interesting:
Uncle Scrooge Adventures in Color by Don Rosa (Gladstone)
The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck Companion
The Barks / Rosa Collection
You can buy most of these books at Amazon.

I don't think there is a full collection of Don Rosa's Stories but I wish there was. Maybe Boom should make one as well as a Carl Barks collection.

Quote from user: Roger NorthI don't think there is a full collection of Don Rosa's Stories but I wish there was.
In Germany, actually, a complete edition of Don Rosa's Duck stories was published in 32 albums between 1994 and 2006, and since then a second run within a greater edition dedicated to "famous" Disney comic artists is ongoing. Unfortunately, Egmont-Ehapa has somehow really blown it with both editions, so as a demanding Rosaist I wait with respect to an edition with acceptable size, translation, colouring, lettering etc. for the third edition that, no doubt, will come when the whole Rosa is complete and over in the "Hall of Fame". Captain Kentucky is too much a cash cow for Ehapa that they would not start the third one ... :)

Yeah but I'm talking about in America Coolwater. I wish Disney Comics were as popular in America as it is in foreign countries.

I also desire an editorially satisfying English-language Don Rosa Collection. One should always have the basic material--Barks, Rosa etc.--in the original version. My collection of American comics with Rosa's stuff is rather fragmentary.
Maybe the respective American license holder should forget the actual comic book sector for some while and concentrate on producing expensive high-quality editions of the fundamentals, namely Barks 'n' Rosa. The small but hard core will surely always buy that stuff, and such editions would be far more than "better than nothing" ...

Amazon has some future Boom! Studios paperbacks and hardcover books listed, including two hardcover Life of Scrooge volumes to come out in February 2010 and April 2010.

Thanks for the replies. It's disappointing to see that there are no fully collected Rosa stuff. Are there any Rosa stories I should really try and get a hold of apart from his early stuff?
