I don't speak Italian and am trying to order some Italian Disney comics and also would want to ask a few questions, (in English), with someone at the Italian publisher. Any ideas?

Why don't you make your requests in English? Several people at Disney Italia can read and write English. I would bet that they would have someone translate it into Italian if the people who need to respond to you don't read English.
