I don't know where I saw it, but it had Donald Duck drying himself off after taking a bath or shower.
It could've been a Dutch Comic or something like that but I knew it was a Blog Site!

I was looking for that, but couldn't find it. I know there were a lot of places where people were
asking why Donald had a towel around his waist. :P
