Quote from user: Robb_KDavid had a lot of contact with the Gladstone people during their runs. Wasn't he a major interface between them and Egmont?
Yep. During their very last year (1998), Gladstone used me to doublecheck most of their printed Egmont credits. Before that, though, when I was only a freelancer with Egmont, my work as an "interface" was infrequent at best.

So, David, can you give us more accurate figures for Gladstone's sales and print run totals?

Not offhand??sorry. But I'll inquire at the office in the next few days. (That said, I'm not sure if Editor-In-Chief John Clark still has immediate access to the data.)

John should remember offhand, as I think they had a regular amount in their print run, once they saw what the usual demand was.
