That's a Mickey Mouse Sunday strip, judging from the date in the lower right corner it's probably from December 25, 1932. It's probably been in multiple collections including the color sundays one from Fantagraphics. Why do you ask?

F'gosh sakes! Yes, that Mickey Mouse strip is from December 25, 1932, and appears in the first volume of Fantagraphics' Mickey Mouse Color Sundays. Christmas Day---and the strip had nothing to do with Christmas. It was also nice and sunny outside. In three of the next four Sunday strips, the ground was covered with snow. In 1932, Big Little Books began printing books of Mickey Mouse strips but they contained only the daily strips, not the Sunday ones.
And on a related note...in 2001-02, the Disney Times news site put out a series of 12 pins depicting Mickey Mouse Sunday comic strip panels. They were sold at Walt Disney World.
