Hello,
I'm not sure what you are saying, this forum is in English only. However you can check

for a Brazilian Disney comics forum, if you prefer.

"Góða kvöldið" means "Good evening" rather than "Good night" if Icelandic is following the other Scandinavian langauges.

Uhm...Rob; do you speak *all* languages in the world? ;-)

I am impressed.

Nej! Jeg sprør godt ingen sprog! :(

I am so old, I forget how to say things even in English and Dutch! Actually, I am POSESSED! I speak in tongues - but don't understand any of it! Luckily, I have friends to look over my stories, to make sure they make sense! :)

You mean: Jeg er ikke god til noget sprog... :-)

Anyhow - it sounds pretty cool to me, when someone can put together a sentence in...uhm...portuguese? -or whatever that was before. So you can't be that bad.

Speaking of languages; at my work I sometimes speak to people in Germany, Belgium and Holland on the phone...so we communicate in bad english, and understand each other fine..

Javel! Min Dansk er ikke god! Men, jeg prøve!

The language I used to respond to the Brasilian was Spanish. Most Brasilians should be able to understand spanish, as they are sister languages (closer than Spanish and Italian (but not as close as Swedish and Norwegian). But, as Brasil is surrounded by Spanish speaking countries, they learn it at school. Knowing Spanish, I can understand Portuguese (although the Brasilian form is more difficult for someone who learned classic Castilian). I think he understood what I wrote.

Where do you live? I will be in Jylland from 18-24 June, and in Sjaeland from 25-30 June. Perhaps we can meet up?

Sure! I live right in the middle of Jylland. I'm guessing you will be meeting up with e.g. AC at some point? Maybe I could join you guys.

Great! Yes, A.C. and I will be meeting Ole Reichstein-Nielsen, and maybe a few others in Jylland around the weekend of 22nd - 24th. I wonder why I haven't met you before? I've been visiting for years (and I lived part-year in Danmark (København) from 1989-1994, while working for Gutenberghus/Egmont). I guess you were too young then. I haven't been around during your convention days, except during the 1990s (before your organisation started?). I usually miss it by only a few days to 2 weeks. That is because I must be in München for the start of our heavy work by 3-4 July or so.

I think we've missed each other one or two times in the last couple of years.
I think I remember someone telling me you were visiting, when I was busy elsewhere.

Oh, and as I was born in '78 I was unfortunately rather young in the 1980's and 1990's.. :-)
