Well.. it depends... :-) First of all it isn't INDUCKS but OUTDUCKS, and secondly they just quote the first page of a story...
... but when we´re talking about one-pagers, dailies, etc. then it get's a bit tricky.

As Steamboat said, the images visible in Inducks are not part of it. They are a part of outducks.org, and they are stored under this domain. That's why Inducks is not in "torrential" trouble. If something would ever be in a trouble because of these scans it's rather Outducks than Inducks. At least, that's how I understand the issue of the scans.
