sorry to be asking this here, but my search through inducks hasn't found this- I seem to remember the art being Cavazzano's but maybe it wasn't, which may be screwing all my search
I read it either in the late 90's or early 2000's. The art was similar to Cavazzano's, considering I could swear it WAS Cavazzano. The story involved something to do with some ruins in South America, and Scrooge and Brigitta racing to find the treasure in them, but they get stuck there together and spend a couple nights together? The great "gimmick" was some vegetables- sorta like turnips or potatoes, don't remember- that grew everywhere in the ruins, which served as a clue as to what were the places a person could step on and not have the floor crumble, and when Brigitta cooks a stew from them Scrooge loves it as it reminds him of his Klondike days.
Does any of this sound familiar? I remember it being my favourite Brigitta story as a kid, wanted to find it again.

Is it The Secret of Incas?
Beautiful story, indeed.

It is indeed! Thanks for finding it, I must've not recognized it when I searched for Cavazzano Brigitta stories.

I have that story in Uncle Scrooge Adventures #s 53, and 54. In fact it's the first story I read where Brigitta appeared.
