I would like to get 1 or more copies of issue 47 from 19 November 2013 of Anders And & Co from Denmark, Donald Duck & Co from Norway and/or Kalle Anka & C: o from Sweden.
Is there anyone here who can get this for me and would be willing to send to me in the USA in exchange for money or Disney comics? I have plenty of Disney comics to trade and I am of course also happy to pay for shipping.
I wrote two stories for Egmont back in 2004 and the first of these has finally been published in this issue, so this is very exciting for me. :)
Please send me a message if you can help.
Thank you and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.

If nobody else can help you I'll try to find the Norwegian edition for you in January.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to you too!

Congrats, Arthur, on getting your first Egmont story published. I'm interested in reading it. I'll be in Danmark this summer, so maybe I'll get A,C. or someone else to get me a Danish issue. I can't wait to pick up a Dutch printing of it 2-3 years from now (when it'll finally be printed there. I guess you can't wait for that one as well.
Surprising that you are not listed on the COA "Creators" list. Is it that unlike Dutch stories, Egmont stories don't get added to COA until they are printed and released, and then indexed? In any case, I would have expected that you have already written an artical in a fanzine or Disney magazine, that has already been published, and would have already provided you a "Creator" listing.

Today I looked at the old topics and realized that your comic was published in Polish biweekly "Kaczor Donald", in this same issue as Don Rosa's "The Duck Who Never Was". I read this number few weeks ago and I remember that your comic "Jumbo Jumble" was really good and it isn't only my opinion. I hope that your next comic also appears in Poland.

...wait, it took TEN YEARS for ONE of the two stories you wrote to pass through the system? Seriously??

Ten years is NOTHING!!! Jan Gulbransson and I had stories from the early 1980s not printed until the 2010s. We just had a story from 1994 printed this year, and still have one more from that era not yet printed in the Netherlands, even though it was a Dutch Disney productions. We did get it printed in Germany, and USA.
