In the story 'Wiener Schnitzel Woes (http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=D+2008-041)', we are told that Ludwig's mother is still alive (her voice could be heard in a couple of MouseWorks episodes as well). She must definately be older than Scrooge, and probably the oldest living member of the family of the ducks. Uncle Scrooge also has a couple of uncles and aunts who are still alive. For example: Uncle Miser McDuck from http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=I+TL+1988-E , Uncle Donald McDuck from http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=I+AT++285-B and Aunt Agathe from http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=D++8082 . Judging from their active roles in the stories, I think they're about Scrooge's age, but they're still probably a few years older than him.

Apparently some people theorize that Uncle Jake McDuck was still alive (at around 120!!!) in "Christmas for Shacktown" because Donald apparently thought he could get away with impersonating him. Rosa's endnotes, though, say Jake was long dead by then, which is why Scrooge was so rude to the fake Jake, since he knew it had to be a fake. Which makes sense, but it's never seen print in a story, so...
