What are the most iconic images or illustrations in all of Disney comics? Scrooge diving in his money in Only A Poor Old Man, the Ducks sailing past the rugged coastline of Labrador in The Golden Helmet, looking out over Plain Awful Valley in Lost in the Andes? Scrooge sitting in his mansion in Christmas on Bear Mountain?
A cover image, maybe? The one on the sailboat comes to mind.

For me this question is similar to that of the favorite Barks cover, and the sailboat cover is indeed a possible answer in my view :
http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=504369 I was the buyer of that beatiful "painting" or comic book.
But there are probably a lot more very good examples of really iconic illustrations in Disney Comics. The cover of Sheriff of Bullet Valley is another classic with iconic potential or status.

The Phantom Blot creeping behind Mickey Mouse
Donald Duck throwing something at someone, or jumping up and down squawking and shaking his fist
Huey, Dewey and louie hiding things behind their backs.
Uncle Scrooge holding a bag of coins
