In what famous Donald Duck adventure?

I have written a story in which Donald is chosen to be an Emperor in a far off Asian land, based on that countries ancient prophesies (somewhat like The Tibetan Bhuddists' procedure to chose the new Dahli Lama). But Donald finally turns down the offer). I plan to submit the story to the editors in the not-too-distant future.

But, which Barks story has Donald as an "Emperor" in the style of "Emperor Norton"?

I know the story you're talking about. It's The Golden Helmet. I have that story in Donald Duck Adventures (Gladstone Series) #33.
