Does this book actually exist? It's alluded to on the backs of other books in this series, but I'm beginning to think this one was never printed...

This book was cancelled at the last minute and never published, as the staff told me at the time.

At least the series isn't numbered on the spine so you can't tell there's a book missing :)

If they do publish Disney Comics in America again I hope they print the story in a future issue of Uncle Scrooge.

The book was to have collected this and this (minus page one), so at least the material is available today in some form.
It was being packaged as "Uncle Scrooge" rather than "DuckTales" in an effort to improve sales??in those pre-nostalgia, post-Disney-Comics-Implosion days, the name DuckTales was perceived as a turnoff to older readers, who would prefer a comic billing Scrooge as the star. Nevertheless, the decision was finally made not to reprint the material at all.
