Fethry is kind of popular over here in the US. I think I saw him most with Gemstone. He was especially prominent in their Donald Duck Adventures

She has never appeared but I wish she did! She is featured in Don Rosa's family tree - that's where you can see the only feature of her in existence.

As far as Inducks knows, she has only appeared in the Rosa family tree. He of course made up some names/characters to fill in spots (necessary relatives to connect to known characters) on the tree, and Lulubelle was one of the ones he made up.

I'd rather make up my own new characters (and some of them are in soon to be submitted stories). But there is nothing to prevent a story writer from using a never-before-used character from Don Rosa's family tree.
