The site has been sort of on and off for the past year. It went from its old mail order only style to a nice online purchasing system, but has never had anywhere near the same number of listings as the old version, and has rarely gotten updates either.
Now, for at least the second time, it's reverted back to the old site. Did the people who run it (Steve Calrow and/or Helen Hamilton) get in over their heads with the new setup, or is something else going on, like financial trouble, forgetfulness, or disinterest?
I worry because it's the best place to get what I feel is the best run of Disney comics ever produced. Other sites have sparse or overpriced stock plus high and/or U.S. only shipping. As for the comic book shops in my area, if they stock Disney at all, they're more likely to have Gemstone or Dell than Gladstone.

I don't know what's going on with them. I almost never visit their website anymore.
