In the Italian comics there is a old man with a really long beard, who often need a wheelbarrow of sorts to move it around. Do somebody know his name? And what was his role again? I can't remember if he belonged to the Billionaire's Club or some other institution. I think also there where something important written onto the beard at some point, like a protocol or something, which is kinda weird. Do you remember this guy?

He's in the Donald Duck Universe and I have only seen him a few times in the Italian comics so is definitely not a major character so it's possible you haven't red any stories with him in. It's also possible that they don't use him anymore, and have been forgotten. I have been looking trough Inducks but haven't found him there unfortunately. I will be looking through my old comics to see if I can find him.

It's mostly what I have said in my first post, but I have find one story with him in, which is http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=I+TL+2225-2 But he isn't listed in Inducks unfortunately, but from the story he is an professor of history and is named "Gråcell" in Swedish which translates as "Greycell". I have read at least two more stories with him (one was the story were he had the text on his beard), but I can't seem to find them unfortunately. He doesn't seem to be a very known character that I might have thought but it would be fun to see him again.
