On this day, March 27. 1901, the all-time Funny Animals-drawer Carl Barks was born.
If no one else will celebrate it, I will - when I come home from work.
Guess I'll even read a one-shot of my favorites - Ol' California or Only a poor old man...

Hedberg Carl Barks passed away almost 13 years ago. He was a good artist when he was alive though.

You're not alone, Hedberg! I always read a favorite Barks story (so hard to choose!) on Unca Carl's birthday, and a favorite Rosa story on Don's birthday.
