As those of you who read the Fantagraphics collections of Gottfredson's work might know, back in 1990 Floyd Norman moved from the gag-a-day format of the then-current Mickey newspaper comics to three-to-four week arcs, styled after Gottfredson's run.
Do any of you know what papers in the United States the Mickey daily strip ran in during that time? I'm hoping to read them for both review purposes and furthering my own understanding of adventure comics in a daily setting, but I can't start tracking down copies until I know what paper it might have been printed in.
I know this is a long shot, but I would greatly appreciate your help.
