There was some sort of a race in antique car, and Donald was in competition with Scrooge. I don't remember much but each was trying to ruin the other's car, and at one point one of them oiled the wheels of the other so the car wouldn't move, and Scrooge pain a gas station worker to put the wrong fuel into Donald's car.

Maybe that was "Chugwagon Derby" the second story in USA "Uncle Scrooge" nr. 34. A race using antique cars. Uncle Scrooge finds his old car he had abandoned many years earlier, in an old barn on one of his farms. He and Donald try to sabotage each other's car. At the end they both find out that the LAST car to finish is the winner.
