What kind of updates are you missing?
New comics etc are updated by volunteers. They might have other things do as well ;)

Yes, new indexes, scans etc. There are hundreds of users. Could it be that ALL of them suddenly had other things to do? Before, there were daily updates on the website. No big thing of course. Could be vacations really... :|

YES! people are preparing for The Christmas/New Year's holidays. In Western nations such as in North America (and even South America), Europe(including Britain) and all over The former British Empire), people are preparing for The Holiday season. Work (ESPECIALLY non-essential and volunteer work, such as comic book indexing) in many (if not all) of those countries, comes to a halt.
As a resident of countries in several of those places mentioned above, who, in various different years, resided in countries in several of those different parts of The World, I, myself had to work less, to prepare for my traveling, and to also help my family or friends prepare for festivities EVEN not, myself, being a Christian who would celebrate Christmas. This is the time of year that families in those countries get together often in large groups and have parties (even if they are not Christians celebrating Christmas), and several people are needed to work on the logistics of such celebrations, and many of the celebrations are straddled throughout a 2 to 3 week period, starting in early to mid December. I suspect that most or even, possibly ALL the Disney Comics indexes stop indexing now until after the First of January. In which country do you live that you would not expect such a situation? I see that you are from Russia, but you were posting from a location in Britain. Now that Russia is no longer "Communist", and it is legal to be religious, do they not have a long holiday period at this time of year? I am not well aware of the Greek Orthodox holiday days, nor am I knowledgeable of Russian official holidays and public and private sector official work day policy.

It's not vacation, there has been dozens of new indexes today and the days before that have not appeared on COA. This is certainly due to one of the softwares update that we made.
I will fix it later this week-end when I can find one hour of free time.

Ok then, thanks cacou!
Robb: Thanks for the clarification. Yes, I live in Russia, and no, it's not communist anymore (and hasn't been for some 20 years now) and yes, you can practice any religion and no.... we don't have such long holidays in December, but in January (from the 1st of January to the 8th or 10th depending on the year).
Of course I was aware of Christmas season and festivities, I was not born yesterday for God's sake. Perhaps the length of it, or rather, the fact that people are starting to prepare for the season that early, was somewhat of a revelation to me. However, no big deal, as I've said earlier, now that everything has been clarified.
P.S. Me writing from a location in the UK is a bug. And I don't know how to fix it. I've tried, but in vain. :(

Yes. In many Western countries no one bothers to try to get any business taken care of after the first or second week of December, as it would be futile.

I'd say work is more hectic than usual for most people. If one wants to get a week off, there's a week's worth of extra work to be handled first.
