Is in D 93153, Mortimer, Mickey's cousin?
In Italian translation he's just a Mickey's friend, but looking at the foreign titles of the story, I think he is his cousin...

There is a Mortimer who is Minnie's uncle and there is another Mortimer who is Mickey's rival for Minnie's affections. Mickey's original name was going to be Mortimer but Walt changed it to Mickey at the last minute. Mickey's nephew Morty is short for Mortimer also. I don't recall Mickey having a cousin named Mortimer though.

I don't think he is. I think he is just some other mouse who happens to be an ex-boyfriend of Minnie's before she dated Mickey. The name Mouse is rather common in The Mickey Mouse Universe just like the name Duck is common in The Donald Duck Universe.

In my Bulgarian version, the cousin is called "Murphy", and in the Polish version you posted he is called "Murf". Both clearly state he is Mickey's cousin.

Does your translation call him Mortimer instead?

In the original (Egmont) English version of this story, the character drawn as Mortimer is called Cousin Murphy. I'm not certain what happened, but it would seem the original intent was to create an entirely new character??but at some point, things (partly) changed.

I wish I could read this and all the other comics Mortimer was in. So far I only have four comics he was in.
