Rosa-inspired "Family Guy" episode?

"Family Guy" doesn't reference the Barks/Rosa universe very often (they did have a scene where Peter Griffin tries to swim in money, but that was more likely inspired by DuckTales than directly by Barks), but I recently caught a rerun of their 2000 episode E. Peterbus Unum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E._Peterbus_Unum) that seems to have a storyline very similar to Rosa's 1989 story, "His Majesty McDuck". Can't help wondering if the comic inspired the TV episode. Has anyone working on the show ever credited Rosa's story for this?

I have NO doubt about that. And there was an Egmont-produced long story (drawn by Colomer?) that had Scrooge and his nephews shipwrecked on an island only to find out that their rescuer (the man who lived there and owned the island) hunted his "rescued" visitors down (with a rifle) like wild animals, for sport. This was based on the US 1932 film,: "Most Dangerous Game".

In "The Duck who would be king" (the ducks find a treasure chamber full of gold coins similar to the money bin, Scrooge started swimng in it but after Bubba just in he just hurt himself) and in one more episode (I don't remember the tiles) HD&L try to swim in money like Scrooge but just hurt their heads and ask "How dose he do it ?"
