Is there a way to search INDUCKS' top 100 (and beyond) list for a particular creator? For instance, suppose I wanted to find out what is the top-ranked story by Evert Geradts....
And by the way, may I take this opportunity to say how profoundly grateful I am to everybody who makes INDUCKS work? INDUCKS has made it possible for me to find oodles of good stories (for myself and for others) that I otherwise would never have seen. It has made a significant difference in the overall level of enjoyment in my life!

Matilda,
I've now added it, link top-right from any creator page.

Thank you, thank you!! I merely express the wish, and lo, it is granted!
...and Evert Geradts' top-rated story is indeed "Ringtail van Dukke," the first story by someone other than Barks or Rosa that I decided I needed to save for a lifetime!

What do you mean by saving for a lifetime? Don't you keep your comics? You just read them and then give them away? Except Barks and Rosa?
I have to agree about the importance of INDUCKS for all fans of Disney comics, myself included.

Artemi, Yes, I take the same approach to comics as I do to novels. I read lots of them, but I only keep those I expect to read again (or at least refer to). But note, I said "Ringtail" was the *first* non-Barks-or-Rosa story I decided to keep; it was far from the last!
The fact that I didn't keep most of the Gladstone/Gemstone comics I bought, by the way, made it financially possible for me to hook four children on Disney comics through the years! "Share the Addiction": that's my motto.

I see. Guess I am more of a collector type, then, keeping everything, except doubles maybe.

Matilda's approach to comics collecting is very interesting. I have collected so many comics in my life but most of them sit in never-again-opened boxes. The problem is that I am scared about giving them away because I think I could one day re-read those stories.

I can relate to that. And I do, actually, re-read all the stuff I have. It happens rarely, but it happens. And, above all, there's that collector's spirit that's pretty hard to pin down and explain.

Hope you enjoy it, Charlie Brown! It's one of the stories I re-read every year around Halloween. And don't be confused by the fact that the story is credited to Jan Kruse--as INDUCKS points out, that was a mistake on Gladstone's part. The plot should be credited to Evert Geradts. This was also the story that gave me great affection for Ben Verhagen's art....

Matilda, I did enjoy it very much. It's really something special: a long story, nice art, a mix of history and "real" life and a few twists in the storyline. Thanks for mentioning it here.
