Wondering if anyone out there knows anything about the Walt Disney Comic Album series. I have a sealed and numbered set - volumes 1 - 3, but I can't find a wisp of information anywhere online confirming that these things actually existed. Here's what I know...I bought them in the early 1990's (90 or 91ish) They are brown, hard-covered volumes with a gold embossed logo of Mickey and Donald hoisting the Gladstone insignia. From what I can remember, there were 1000 printed. Mine bears the number 743. Does anyone have a memory that goes back that far ? Any information you could offer would be appreciated.
