... Furthermore, in some Giuseppe Perego's stories (cfr.: Paperino re dei Grattacieli), Donald appears, in only one panel, with glasses! ;)

The top panels are from Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #37, from October, 1943. That story was written and drawn by someone other than Barks(Jack Hannah), because one of Barks' 10-pages originally drawn for WDC & S was used for a filler story in 1943's Donald Duck Four Color One-shot comic book "The Mummy's Ring". The second group of panels is from Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #99, from December, 1948.

The third image is from Barks' Bongo on the Congo, but in some reprints, the glasses are deleted.

Those glasses were NOT worn by Donald in Barks' original. Clearly, they were added by other artists. They don't sit correctly on his beak, as Barks would have drawn them.

Sometimes Donald wears reading glasses in Mau Heymans stories. I think it's used to make him look like "the smart adult", which, of course, he is not.

I wonder if in "Bongo on the Congo" Scrooge wasn't supposed to be in Donald's place... Or is it just an error? In that story, Donald has no glasses at all until this moment.

No! That figure of Donald running was always meant to be Donald. Uncle Scrooge is angry at him, and he is running away. He has no reason to wear glasses in that scene.
In WDC 99, Donald studies informative books round the clock for days and nights, so he can win money on a radio quiz show. He gets "eye strain". Spectacles with thick lenses (making bigger images) would supposedly help ease his eyes' work.
Donald only wears glasses in a situation in which his eyes must do hard work, he is looking at very small print (magnifying glasses), or he wants to look "studious". Otherwise, he has good eyesight that needs no "correction".

Yes, I noticed that. After all, Donald was designed without glasses initially, so he usually appears wearing them only if it has some special point in the story. I was just trying to figure out how he got these Scrooge-style glasses in this particular panel, and it appears to be some sort of one-time mistake.

Forgive me, Rob??but they're in the first printing of Barks' story in UNCLE SCROOGE 33. For all we know, they might have been added by a practical joker at the Western Publishing office, but it looks more to me like an understandable error on Barks' part; like he gave Donald Scrooge's glasses in a rush and forgot to erase them.

I was looking at The Carl Barks library version. They did a good ob of removing them.

If I remember correctly, there's another Barks panel with Donald accidentally wearing glasses in WDC 171.

In my opinion, Donald has a slight eyes-imperfection and so, he should wear glasses to read, but he thinks they're unaesthetic and so decides to don't wear them altough he needs them...
