Walt Disney Historian and former Persistence of Vision publisher Paul F. Anderson has a very interesting series of articles on Walt Disney's association with the mid-west youth organization, The Order of DeMolay. His personal interest was enough to allow studio artist (and fellow DeMolay member) Fred Spencer to compose some Mickey Mouse comic strips for their publication, the International De Molay Cordon. Here's one of the strips, which bears close ties to Floyd Gottfredson's work on the Mickey Mouse strip.

I think there are currently 4 strips, and some promotional photos and art. I'm pretty sure David Gerstein was already aware of this material, and has his hands on them for a future volume of the Gottfredson Library as a bonus feature (he already spilled that Stephen DeStefano's "Return to Blaggard Castle" is coming in vol. 2: what an outstanding idea!)
AND
In the site's shop, Paul is selling a hand-written letter from 1982 from Carl Barks, complete with his illustrated letterhead and a sketch of Uncle Scrooge.

The upper comic has this code on Inducks:

Note that the comic is from 1932, the year which is going to be printed in the Gottfredson library this fall!
