Well, how tall are they? You could say they're about 5 Duck feet tall, but I doubt you could compare that to the foot (measurement of length). They're 3 heads tall, while a human is 7 heads tall, but that would mean they're only 80 centimetres (about 2 1/2 feet?)! A German drawing of Donald once said they were around 110 cm (3 1/2 feet?). But how tall are they, exactly?

I'd say 3 1/2 to 4 feet, if only so they can physically function in a world sized and proportioned like ours (...insofar as average taller Duckburg citizens seem to be standard human size).
That said, Carl Barks himself seemed inconsistent on the matter. I seem to recollect him referring to Donald as being two feet tall (anyone know if my memory is correct?), and in some stories??WDC 186 "The Olympic Hopeful" comes to mind??Barks seems to make Donald shorter than usual when he stands in line with regular-sized people.

I don't think adult Ducks are 2 feet, that would be a little too small. I'd say they're inbetween 3 and 4 feet (90-120 cm). How small are the Ducks, compared to the 15 feet tall boy from "Interplanetary Postman", actually?
Another view: maybe Donald and Scrooge are small, for Duck standards? They barely come out above Huey, Dewey and Louie, who are still small kids. We know that Gyro, who is a chicken, is just as tall as the avarage dog people. Also, we've seen very small dog people, and very large birds.

Carl Barks Dangerous Disguise shows the ducks side by side with humans. Donald reaches only to Madame Triple X waist. So he must be 3 to 4 feet.

I thnk the consensus is 3-4 feet. Having said that, I seem to recall villains/other characters implying that Scrooge/Donald might be on the smaller side even by duck standards.
