While not as nice as the above, I found this one at Toys'R'Us for $13.

They also have a Mickey and a Goofy. All of them are offered in three different scales 1:64, 1:43, and 1:24. The car bodies are die cast metal with plastic bumpers, mirrors, door handles, etc. and the figures are rubber.
This has nothing to do with the cars, but I noticed that Toys'R'Us also stocks the Boom! comics, though not a huge selection.
