The official Disney comics account (@DisneyComics) asks...
"Tough one! @Kneon might know. RT @iafeliciano: What is the code to Uncle Scrooge's vault? @mihirbijur claims its on Alex the Lion's jaw"
If any of you hardcore Donaldists know the answer, tweet to @DisneyComics or let me know and I'll tweet them and give you credit.

A tough one. I can't remember a code actually given to the reader. Only the song in "The Phantom of Notre Duck": "My bonnie lies over the ocean" ;) But at the end Scrooge switches back to unknown numbers.

Scrooge has several combinations throughout the years. One story I can remember which had one was with the indestructible glass and the birds.
After some research it showes "The Unsafe Safe" (US 38), and the code:
Quote from user: Uncle ScroogeLeft two turns to 38... right twelve turns to 17.... left -
...
two points to 19... right to 63... turn knob... open safe!

I just read a few Magica De Spell stories for Halloween and found another code for Scooge's vault in For Old Dime's Sake (page 14): right turn to seven, back to three and a half left, spin dial twice to right
