I've an idea for a story and I need some help to enhance it.
Mickey fonds an old diary of his grandpa and discover he was an irishman emigrated in America, whose real name was "Michael O'Moose".
The story would be setted in Ireland and it's a story of three friends, Michael O'Moose a young-man in fortune-search, Bartender O'Hara, a bartender his friend and Cognac Casey, a client of the bar/pub.
Michael convinces two friends to go in America in a Fortune Rush and then they estabilish there, where now their families are.

I've copied and pasted your script and added some own idea's to it. We could all do this, and get a great end result!
Mickey finds an old diary of an old ancestor, called Michael O'Mouse and discovers he was an Irishman who emigrated to America.
Michael decides on a cold, rainy day in the pub to go to America. But he's not alone! The pub owner (Bartender O'Hara) says he's got enough of Ireland too, and also comes. Dopey Dawg, the pub's most relugar customer comes along and two others, Howard Horsecollar and Claire Cow. Howard is from London and Claire from France.
On the boat, a lot of things happen. Some short-lived romance between Mr. Horsecollar and Mrs. Cow, for example. Michael meets a lot of ancestors of Mickey??s friends, like Martin Marlin and Adrian Zapotec, two immigrant-inventors from Italy. Marlin and Zapotec??s new invention gets stolen. Soon they find out that the thief is Peg-Leg Peter.
As soon as they find out that gold has been found in the west, everyone rushes to get there. Is it a race against time? Yes, but as soon as they get there, the gold rush is already over. Well, they still decide to settle there. O??Hara becomes sheriff, and his first criminal is Peter. Marlin and Zapotec show off their invention by giving the entire town electric light, and finally it??s named. It??s Mouseton.
It isn??t really that good, but at least it??s something. It??s only my second attempt at a Mouse story.

2) In what century do you set the story? I've ever thought Mouseton was found by a guy called Floyd Mouseton and it's founded in 1600s according to an Italian coin.
Ps: Martin Marlin and Adrian Zapotec aren't Italian names.

I didn't know. I set the story in 1849, with the California Gold Rush (Barks' In Old California!).

Martin Marlin and Adrian Zapotec don't have an even remotely Italian-sounding name among the 4 names. Zapotec sounds like an Aztec name. "Mario Marlini" might do, -as might Enrico Caruso.
The "ton" suffix after "Mouse" indicates a "settlement" or village. So, Floyd should have a family name of "Mouse", for whom the town has been named. If he had been an Italian immigrant, then "Mouseton" should be called "Mausiniton" or Topoville or Topoburg or Topoton or Topo City.

I don't think you fully understand, but the way I get it, only Marlin and Zapotec are Italian immigrants. Mickey and the gang are Irish.

I thought Floyd Mouseton and Michael O'Moose as two different persons, but we can work on this.
May, Pete's ancestor could be called "Schwarze Petter" or something about that.
Casey replaced by Dawg is a good idea.
I think we can add an evil caharacter "Ellroy/Ezra O'Squeenchey", ancestor of Sqiunch and friend of Schwarze.
I think Marlin and Zapotec's ancestors could be called "Martino da Marlio" and "Giuseppe "Zappo" di Teco".

According to "X-Mickey" series, in the "Victorian" area of Mouseton, there is an irish pub called "The Grey Mouse" (est 1758), in which you can buy irish, scottish and stout ale and you can pay in pounds, meet leprechauns and read the menu that's written in gaelic.
