Why in the number 699 of WDC&S (1st Boom number), in the story of Ultraheroes, it appears many times the name "Aaron"? What does "Aaron" mean? Is that an editor's citation and nothing else?

I believe that was one of the old editors of the book, doing captions that harken back to what Stan Lee used to do back in Marvel's 60s and 70s comics. From looking at the credits of the books, Chris Meyer and Chris Burns are the two editors of the Disney line at Boom these days...

No. Donald_Duck is right. Aaron Sparrow is one of the editors at BOOM! and was the first in charge of the Disney series.
