Carl Barks may be the best comic creator for Donald Duck, but he would make a few stories for Porky Pig, Tom and Jerry, M-G-M, and Woody Woodpecker!
Other Duck cartoonists have done this too, and I wonder if any of them cameoed in "The Simpsons" comics? (I'd like to see Vicar or Don Rosa make a "Simpsons" comic for Halloween or Christmas).

Carl Barks made no stories for Woody Woodpecker. It was an Andy Panda story that he drew for Walter Lantz (but that didn't appear in a "Woody Woodpecker" Comic book, it appeared in Walter Lantz's "New Funnies". Freddy Milton wrote and drew Barkslike stories in Scandinavia's and Holland's "Woody Woodpecker" comic books. Barks' MGM work (Barney Bear, Benny Burro and Happy Hound (Droopy)) appeared in M.G.M.'s "Our Gang" Comics. A few were reprinted in "Tom & Jerry" comic books.
I think that Vicar's (and any other great artist's) great hand would be "wasted" drawing in the angular style of "The Simpsons". What would be more interesting, would be the clever and funny writing of Gorm Transgaard, taking on a story for "The Simpsons". "The Simpsons" provides a better field for "Wackiness" than does "The Disney Universe"
