Phineas and Ferb is a great Disney Channel series, nominated for several Emmys over the years an dit needs some attention with the upcoming special. I know it's not about Disney comics, but at least it's about Disney. That'a half of the thing, so I'll make this topic count for two! I'll give for info and links so you can check it out yourself. And tell about it here!

Phineas and Ferb are 2 kids with 104 days of summer vacation. But they want to make every day count, before it's fall and they have to go back to school again. So they do stuff. Extraordinary stuff, done in a single day. A complete list of the stuff is below.* It includes building a submarine, a rollercoaster, repairing a time machine and a spaceship from an alien, and build an elevator to the moon. They also have a pet platypus, Perry. He leads a double life as a secret agent working for the O.W.C.A. (Organisation Without a Cool Acronym) lead by Major Monogram and his intern, Carl. He has to fight the evil Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz who builds evil devices ending on -inator. At the end of the day, Perry will come back and someone says "Oh there you are Perry!" But there's a third sub-plot. Phineas and Ferb have an older sister, Candace, who wants to bust them because she knows she won't get away with the same thing. Unfortunately, that always fails. Now let's have a look at the characters.

Phineas Flynn
An optimistic kid wanting to spend every day of his 3 months summer vacation doing fun stuff. So he does! He is also the most obvlious kid in the Tri-State Area.

Ferb Fletcher
Phineas step-brother and best friend. He helps Phineas build these awesome devices, and while Phineas does the speaking, he's more of a do-guy. But when he says something once an episode, it's utterly hilarious in some way. He's secretly in love with Vanessa Doofenshmirtz.

Perry the Platypus
The family's pet platypus and secret agent when wearing his fedora. This cute little blue platypus can become a mean lean fighting machine in only a matter of putting his hat on. He fights the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz. He gets his mission by the straightforward Major Monogram and his intern Carl. Perry is responsible of 2 of the cathphrases in the series, namely "Hey, where is Perry?" when he disappears and "Oh, there you are Perry!" when he returns.

Major Francis Monogram and Carl
These guys are the mission-givers of Perry. Where Major Monogram is the military man, Carl is more of a rookie. They are responsible for a good laugh.

Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz
Due to his incredibly bad childhood and neglectful parents - technically his whole life up till now has been one complete failure played for laughs - Doof became evil. Yes, all the problems he has, he wants to spread on the entire Tri-State Area. He is ugly and he a squeaking voice. He's divorced, and has a surprisingly hot daughter (nobody in his family nor his ex-wife come anywhere near handsome) called Vanessa. When he's defeated, he always yells "Curse you, Perry the Platypus!"

Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, Baljeet Rai and Buford van Stomm
The best friends of Phineas and Ferb. Isabella is in love with Phineas, but he's too obvious to understand it. She also is the leader of the Fireside Girls, the girl scouts in Danville. She always says "What cha'doin?"
Baljeet is an Indian kid who just loves school and sees an A- as his worst grade ever. He's being carried around as luggage by Buford van Stomm, the bully. He hates losing to girls and has everyone's bikes, including one with the large front wheel, but has a soft spot, his goldfish Biff named after his mother Biffany.

Candace Flynn
The boys' hyperactive 15-year old sister, completely obsessed with busting them and their weird projects. She gets nearly insane, and her mom's getting used to it. Every time that the boys do "something", it's completely gone by the time mom's there. Even if it's a giant jump-roping robot. And she's in love with Jeremy, a boy down the street.
