It does sound like fan fiction but cartoons are about using your imagination? I like the part about Scrooge being involved with the construction of Audobon Bay Bridge.

At Egmont when I worked there, Duckburg's typical pig mayor was usually called Mayor Pork. An occasional story called him something else, though (I've seen Mayor Hogwilde, Mayor Fineswine, Mayor Porkbarrel...).

Yes, but it's not a "real" Wikipedia page, meant to be read by the public. It's a user page, showing something that particular user has written.

@ramapith: Wild! Was the Pig Mayor ever given a name in U.S. stories? I don't recall ever seeing one.
(If given the chance, I'd name him Mayor McBacon. Because it sounds like Mayor McCheese. But that's probably just my stomach talking! ;))

At least Bill Van Horn called him "Mayor Hogsnout" in "Just for Kicks" (see WDC #686).

I believe that only one Barks story(out of many) had a name for the pig mayor, (which was "Mayor Hogg"). There was never a name given to any of Barks' "dogmayors"(if I remember correctly).

Actually, "Mayor Pork" appeared many times as such in the Gemstone comics??I carried the name over with me from Egmont.

"Mayor Fineswine" comes, I believe, from the late 1980s American edition of some Egmont story. At this point, I can't remember where I saw "Hogwilde," but I think it was in an American comic too.

"Mayor Porkbarrel" was in a Michael Gilbert story that hasn't seen Stateside publication (yet).
