Congratulations, The Complete Goofy has been going for big bucks on ebay. I love that volume, the Goof never fails to crack me up.

I have all of the animated sets and enjoy them greatly. Haven't got around to watching all of them yet, but I am working on it. Watching the "On The Front Lines" set now.

I noticed on a forum somewhere that there were incorrect discs with the More Silly Symphonies set. Here is what the Disney site says:

In an effort to present the classic cartoons contained on MORE SILLY SYMPHONIES as originally intended, Walt Disney Studio recently recreated the original title cards that were to appear at the start of each film. Due to a production error, these restored cards were inadvertently not included on this new DVD collection. We sincerely apologize for this mistake, and are currently working to rectify the issue. Please check back for an update as to when the replacement discs will be ready. We anticipate them sometime in early March.

If you have purchased MORE SILLY SYMPHONIES and would like to have them replaced with the corrected DVDs, call 1-800-723-4763 (U.S.)/1-888-877-2843 (Canada). Please note, you will receive replacement discs, not replacement packaging. Please hold on to your current packaging.

It was also mentioned that on Vol. 4 of The Chronological Donald "Bee on Guard" was cut short and they were issuing replacement discs for it also.

I haven't got around to watching either of these yet, so I hadn't noticed.
I was wondering if any of the other sets have any errors that they are also replacing discs for.

All worked fine. The "Bee on Guard" was complete.
Does that mean that I have a second generation or will I experience malfunctions later?
The only thing different between the two was the first was cut off before the zoom in on the bee's face at the end, about 5 seconds. No other problems at all.

Just found this site that tells the differences between the More Silly Symphonies' discs. I did not get around to watching them before I had them replaced so I wouldn't have noticed.

You mean vol. 1-3 of the Donald series?
I was wondering about any of the animated sets, but I believe the rest are fine.

I started just getting the Donald sets, but realized that a lot of the shorts on the Mickey sets included Donald also. Once I got the Mickey sets I had to have the rest of the animated sets.
A commercial/Educational-films collection would be great. Maybe even one with all of the Mickey Mouse Works and House of Mouse shorts.

The replacement should still be available, I sent for mine at the beginning of the year. I think I would try the e-mail first instead of a phone charge like that. I am sure you already know, but just in case here is a list of Disney's international sites. Maybe they could help you without having to call the U.S.

When I had mine replaced I had to send them my old discs first, but they were very fast on the return of the new ones. I can't remember where I saw it, but I saw somewhere that customers in Europe didn't have to send in their old discs.
