As you all know the U.S. version (according to the Italian version), so looking for scans of these pages (I know they are on topolino.it, but I'm looking for it in better quality). If anyone has scans of these pages, please send them via e-mail (Email removed)

I have that story in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #666. I don't know if the Italian version is different from the American Version.

Different! The Italian is one scene that does not exist in the U.S. This is the scene on pages 12 and 13.

Thanks for the info Scarpomaniak. Maybe Disney Thought that scene was too violent for an American audience. It's a miracle that they allowed the story to be published in America at all.

Gemstone's remounted version of "Mickey's Inferno" came directly from a 1992 Italian album edition, LE GRANDI PARODIE 2.
It was the Italian editors who removed the scene in 1992??presumably for a silly, if violent gag in which demonic barbers slice Goofy like a salami (he gets better!). Due to the way the remount affected the layout of the pages, there was no easy way for Gemstone to add the scene back in.

EEE! The Inferno Comic itself was a little violent.
Thankfully...there was never a Disney Comic version of "Struwwelpeter".
