Well, I was talking about English quiz shows (BBC), but then the ones of the
less serious kind. Like "QI", "Have I Got News For You", "Never Mind the
Buzzcocks".
Usually the questions there are more "open" and the points are less
important.

But in the case of Barks' story, I think the fact that "owl" is considered a
wrong answer is part of the joke.
(It worked for me.)
