I remember reading a story about the nephews befriending a duck boy who lived in the streets. My memory is hazy, so I can't give any more details. I vaguely remember that he was being hunted by someone, I guess, and Donald didn't like him at all, because he thought he would be a bad influence on the boys (eventually the nephews ran away from home). Does anyone have any clue who that boy might be?
Might be from an European story, since I'm an Estonian.

American name: Garvey Gull.
And he's a seagull, not a duck.

I don't remember seeing the name, "Garvey Gull"! I thought Gladstone and Gemstone used "Sonny Seagull", too!

I confirm he is called "Sonny Seagull", in all the US comics that I have.

Really?! Wow! I was told Gemstone called him "Garvey Gull". Oh well...

His American name IS Garvey Gull. See Donald Duck Adventures Pocket #10 for confirmation.
He was never used in the main books as I recall (IE none of the other stories with him were printed beyond that cameo in "Healthy Choice", but Sonny Seagull was his original name (and the one that I personally prefer - no reason was ever given for the name change) hence the confusion.
The cameo was so small that if he ever appears again I REALLY hope that it's changed back. >_<

Sonny Seagull is a much better name than Garvey Gull.
