You mean there actually is a book about Flipism? I thought they just made that up for the comic book story. Speaking of which I have the story in Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #561. From what I hear it features the first appearance of April May and June.

Barks DID make it up for that story. But a flipism craze started then, among kids all over. All my cousins and friends in Canada, USA and The Netherlands started trying flipism after reading the story. Unfortunately, all of us had the same experience, ending up going in circles! EVERY Barks fan I meet, who read him as a child in the early '50s tells me the same story. They ALL tested out flipism!
