Yet another character that seems very interesting to me, but of which I can barely find any info in the internet: Clarabelle Cow's father, called 'Stang Cow' on the 2nd Goofy family tree shown in the following article: http://www.donaldisme.dk/fecundity.htm .
Notably, Clarabelle's mother is a recurring character in Dutch comics (see her page on the INDUCKS: http://coa.inducks.org/character.php?c=Moe%20Koe&view=1), while Clarabelle's father has never appeared in those comics. His portrait on the tree seems to be from a classic comic and not from a cartoon or game. Does anyone know more about him?

He comes from this story and his original first name is Beeble. I'm not sure what local translation "Stang" came from; Beeble's last name is not mentioned but I guess we can presume it's Cow.
It's an odd story??not set in normal continuity, but told by Goofy as a tall tale to Morty and Ferdie.
In the tale, Mayor Beeble and Clarabelle live in a Wild West town; Goofy and Pete are a traveling cowboy and bandit respectively, and the characters act like they've never met one another before.
Once they've met, Goofy and Clarabelle conspire to capture Pete. In their plan, Clarabelle adopts Goofy's role from Gottfredson's "Bar-None Ranch," playing and singing a cowboy song to lure Pete to her. But where Goofy's song in the Gottfredson story only made Pete laugh, Clarabelle's version (of the same song!) is treated as Pete's favorite song, and he even sings along with it... rather than a true sequel to Gottfredson, this just crudely borrows some of the plot devices.
Beeble is a funny character??a runty little guy who's the absolute opposite of what one would expect a humanized bull to be like. I could easily imagine him as Clarabelle's dad in more normal stories, too (not that I'm aware any others ever showed him...)

Thanks a lot for the info, ramapith! That's very interesting! I found out, by the way, that "Stang" comes from a Danish translation. His Danish name is therefore "Borgmester Stang" ("mayor Stang"), which is pronounced the same way as "borgmesterstang", which is apparently some kind of Danish food.
Anyway, I think the introduction of Clarabelle's mother in the Dutch comics (2007) was an ideal opportunity to re-introduce Clarabelle's father, and it's a pity they didn't. Clarabelle's mother did, however, briefly mention and quote Clarabelle's dad in this 2010 one-pager: http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=H+27013
