Someone opened a thread like this in GreekComics.gr and I thought it would be interesting to post it here too.
So, which was the first comic you read in 2015? And did you like it or not? Both Disney and non-Disney comics are allowed.
I'll start first.
First comic: Blueberry 11 - The Lost Dutchman's Mine & Blueberry 12 - The Ghost With the Golden Bullets
Blueberry is, IMO, the best western comic and it rarely disappoints. The same can be said for these two volumes. The inhuman villain was also a nice touch, it really gave me the creeps.
First Disney comic: Zio Paperone e il satellite bomba in Î???Ï? Î???Ï?Ï? #2039.
Quite nice, I enjoyed it. I don't know why, but I think Cavazzano can take a mediocre or common script and give it a racy touch that makes it interesting.

Reread Walt Disney's Comics & Stories No. 88 (in the black and white Another Rainbow Carl Barks Library). This is the story where Donald signed a paper the summer before to Gladstone that he would go swimming in Frozenbear Lake on Christmas day or forfeit his house. I had just been in Minnesota 2 days ago (8 below at night and a high of 7 degrees) where I was booked to do a comedy show and now I'm back home in California and it's freezin' cold here, too. This is one of my favorite stories.
To top it all off I just purchased the Another Rainbow Carl Barks mini lithograph Blizzard Tonight where it's freezin' outside and the nephews are sleeping in a rubber boat which Donald is filling with hot water in front of the fireplace. That goes well with this story, too. How good it is to be inside and warm on the first day of the year!!
