A COA expert is needed here.
In attempting to make a list of my Spanish publications, I tried to use an "advanced search" for all Spanish (from Spain) publications of stories and cover drawings by Robert Klein, but the search found NO publications. Yet my publication Index shows 4 examples, and I know I've had at least 20 publications there.
The error message stated that I was using the "old programme (DCML?)- which may not have current information"). But, even if that were true, the searchshould have resulted in several publications.
What is the correct path (list of boxes to make entries in)?

What are the 4 examples registered in the database that you found elsewhere?
In my stories index, under publications: Spain, a 4 was entered. But when I looked in the details, they only showed information for 2 stories.

Have all the stories in the Spanish books from 1990-2007 been indexed? If SO, then I have had only 2 of my stories published in Spain. I didn't see any listings in my index for printings of my stories in Spanish America (only Brasil other than USA in The Americas. But, maybe that's because the magazines in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and other countries have not been fully indexed yet?

Not, but four or five books lack to index only. In Spain, only have been published Disney comics between 1990 and 1992 and in 1997, 1998, 2003 and 2004 so there are few stories published in Spain from 1990 :(

D 90187 and D 90249 are printed in Colombia too. All this colombian magazines betwen 1990 and 1995 of Abril Cinco publisher was distributed in all of Latin America and the USA too, only half, or less, of this magazines has been indexed. From 1995 to 2007 the magazines of spanish america have not been indexed yet.
So, I may have more than those 2 stories printed in some Latin American countries. But, until the other years are indexed, we have little chance of discovering them.

It has to be also, that the Brazilian index is probably much more complete in Inducks than e.g. other South American or East European indexes. Except for CGZ who worked on the former, these comics only recently got "dedicated indexers".
Basically the "complete" indexes in Inducks are mostly USA, BRA and western Europe. So that's where you'll find most of your story reprints in Inducks.

Yes, you should never assume that Inducks is complete! It will never be...

It should be self-explanatory but here are the details (assuming English version is used here - click "English" on COA's main page if not):

1) From any story page like:

click "Add a scan"
2) If you haven't registered any account or are not logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in or register. Sign in or register (just enter a login and password, that's enough).
3) Choose the publication your scan is taken from. You must know exactly which publication your scan is taken from. Or choose "not from a publication" (for original, etc.) link.
4) Click "Browse" (or enter an external link) and upload the scan from your PC by clicking "Send".
5) That's it - check that your scan appeared on the story page (link provided). If you're lucky, a panel has been auto-detected.

Most formats are allowed (PNG/JPG etc.), and any size is OK, as scans are reduced when too big.

Yes, for that use "anything that is not a printed publication". In this case, there is an optional legend field where you can add a little comment on the source or origin of your scan.
