Thy math serves thee naught, Sir Quack. It's only 3/4 the width, too. Those Italian books were rather small, then, about 5-6 frames a page.
Pedantically yours...

Nay, young sir, thy simple arithmetic lies naught. Behold:
? Italian comics of the 50s-60s = 6 frames per page on average. Thus, 75 pages x 6 frames = 450 frames.
? American/modern books = 8 frames per page on average. Thus, 450 frames divided by 8 frames = ?56.25? pages.
? Italian comics of the 50s-60s = 6 frames per page on average. Thus, 75 pages x 6 frames = 450 frames.
? American/modern books = 8 frames per page on average. Thus, 450 frames divided by 8 frames = ?56.25? pages.

It only makes sense that 56.25/75 = 3 tiers(pockets)/4 tiers(full size) = 75%. I couldn't turn out any other way.
