Oh i saw the original one, once on television he was very funny and had a remarcable laugh, and whoah, the difference is huge i think no one would ever know it's Br'er, but would be know as Rob's rabbit :)

You said above that you write for some publishers, do you draw sometimes, not just covers but all the story, because you're very talented, and i saw in your gallery some black and white drawnings that reminds me of my brothers coloring book ( very funny especially the orchestra one hahaha ).
What subject do you teach in your elementary school art, drawnings, geography or something with your engineering experience ?

I teach elementary school in Los Angeles. Elementary school in USA has only one teacher, teaching all subjects, except music and art, for which special teachers come to the classroom, or teach in their own room. I DO teach drawing to the students if there is extra time.
I draw whole stories in storyboard form, but they never get printed, as a final artist draws the final pencil drawings, and then an inker draws ink over those lines, putting his own style on the lines. That is why Tony Strobl's artwork looks so different in stories with different inkers.
I have drawn theses comic book pages, based on Barks' blueline sketches (the first 3 pages of Barks' never-finished "Gyro Gearloose "Pied Piper of Duckburg"):

Oh, i have rode this story from a french publisher couple of years, you have a similar style to Carl Barks ( if it's not the same ^^ ) . I think YOU HAVE to write and draw all your stories by yourself, you're amazing !
For being an emergency teacher in elemantary school in USA do you have to get a diploma ? because engineering is not even close to teaching :/

No. To be an emergency teacher in Los Angeles Unified School District, you do not need a proper teaching credential. You need to have a 4 year general undergraduate degree, and, currently, they are only hiring people that have a (graduate) Masters degree. The teacher candidates must also pass a test on the subjects they will teach (CBEST). So, they must really prove that they know the material to some degree. It might interest folks to know that Freddie Milton was also an emergency elementary school teacher, early in his career.
I have a goal to draw the final pencil drawings for my stories, but I am not consistent enough in my drawing yet. Using Barks' original staging is NOT a good representation of what an artist can draw on his own/ I think that Mau Heymans' drawings of Barks' Junior Woodchuck story from his sketches, and Daan Jippes' drawings of Barks' Junior Woodchucks stories, both based on his sketches (like mine, above), were also their best story page drawing. It is no coincidence.

Br'er Buzzard is not a buzzard, but is a vulture. But The British and Americans persist in putting the wrong name on this one. A buzzard is in a different family of birds that is a hunter, rather than a scavenger, that is the vulture.

So, what i understand that, a drawn based on another's artist doesn't reflect your own represation, but still no one but you, drawners, would ever do such thing ( i can't :/ ) . I really don't know what is difficult, to draw or to write a scenario, i can't draw but i could do a nice scenario sometime :) and seeing artist like you, Barks, Rosa, Perez ... i think it's not that hard for someone who is into it . You're 66 souldn't you retire ( i don't know what year do you retire in the USA ) and just focus about your writing ?

I've understood that Hachette published a few pocket books that were only sold in Ivory Coast (but nothing specific to Maghreb).

Yes, like Robb said, there isn't any Disney comic in arabic in Morroco, so i don't think they would be a local one, but it could be in french. I will informe you more, when i'll ask my bookseller.
