I don't know I have never heard of her before. She obviously doesn't exist in The Carl Barks and Don Rosa Duck Universe.

Well, she's from the same Universe but never seen, except maybe that portrait.
and deyanmegara, I found this on the 2001-2006 family tree. and it must be taken from a comic, which is english.. and most likely 80s. :) other then that I don't know.

Well I don't know about that but maybe they will show her in a story if an American Disney Comics Company should choose to publish Traditional Disney Comics.
